On 12 - 18 February 2018, Pacov Elementary School hosted the first international meeting of the Smart Wellness project, which took place under the Erasmus + program. On this occasion, 11 pupils and 4 teachers from the partner school of I.E.S. BLAS Infante Córdoba to present their country and school. The project's communication language is English.

The project meeting was officially opened in the Chateau Hall, where foreign students and teachers were welcomed by the mayor of the city, Ing. Lukáš Vlček. Part of the week's stay was mainly the project activities in which the schools cooperate, i.e. creating a book of healthy recipes in Czech, English and Spanish, presentation of prominent female scientists, using App Inventor to create an interactive overview of catering options with special requirements around Pacov and Córdoba, as well as various workshops, quizzes or sports matches. The varied programme included a tour of our capital and a visit to some interesting places in our region. The first project meeting was successful and the representatives of the partner school liked their stay in Pacov. This year, another meeting will take place in May in Córdoba, Spain, attended by 21 pupils from the school. We would like to thank all those who contributed to the successful realization of this event, the pupils, teachers and host families who have taken care of foreign pupils all the time, as well as the school founder, Pacov City, for the financial support of the project meeting.
