Blas Emprende is a non-regulated educational mini-enterprise in which the Specific Autism Classroom and the PTVAL participate.

The objective of this project is the improvement in the autonomy and self-esteem of this type of students as well as the visualization within our school community.

In the last two years, they have integrated into the Erasmus + "Smart Wellness" project and have focused their culinary preparations on healthier products.

The students of special education take part in the whole process, from the selection and purchase of the ingredients to the sale during break time to students and staff through the elaboration with the study of the ingredients and procedure. During these two academic years from 2017 to 2019 the following courses have been prepared and sold:

Fruit treats for our Halloween "Dying from Health".

February Heart Healthy Month: Fruit salad, fruit juices and Detox smoothies (giving information about the health benefits of these preparations in brochures for consumers).

Melon, watermelon and lemon slush in June 2018.

And at Christmas an excess was allowed with homemade cookies and shortbread in 2017 and nougat and chocolates in 2018.
